Hi again, well it is certainly busy, busy, busy here at ECR. Josh has just installed 2 new Touch Screens at the lovely Dog and Duck in Campsea Ashe, Woodbridge, Suffolk. Read on to find out more…
And, as usual the Touch Screens were installed with the incredible ICRTouch Software, as well as the installation of 2 new printers, and they also have the invaluable Touch Office web.
Touch Screens
The Touch Screens will however provide an outstanding service to The Dog and Duck, they are sturdy and incredibly robust, however we do stress that you take care of the screens and a gentle tap from the finger is all that’s required…not the ends of pens or pencils which we often see, this can damage the screen! So that’s just a little tip!
Software and Support
The software that’s installed is what we class as the very best for the hospitality trade, it is very user friendly and will give you all the information you could possibly want to help with the smooth running of your business.
On the day of installation, as always, Josh would have trained any staff that needed training and answered all their questions, but we are always available on the end of the phone to help and provide support even if out of office hours, as we appreciate that in the hospitality trade the hours are often long and support is often needed out of hours, I guess this is where we pride ourselves in the service and support we give to all our customers.
Touch Office Web
At The Dog and Duck they also have Touch Office Web which time and time again is proving to be an invaluable piece of software to so many of our customers.
This will allow you to view live whilst away from your premises and see exactly what’s happening, as transactions happen – up to date takings or looking back at takings, this will allow you to view individual members of staff and will help you massively gain knowledge of your business whilst away.

So, all in all, the installation went very well and our customers are happy and safe in the knowledge that we are a only phone call away if we are needed. Sometimes this is just for something simple like a price change or an item to be added to the system. After a while you will have the ability to do these changes yourself but it`s never a problem for us to help…It`s exactly what we are here for!

The Dog and Duck is on the edge of the Suffolk coast and the beautiful heath, it’s a truly outstanding natural place of beauty to visit. They provide free parking for their guests, all the units have the use of a flat screen TV, there is a kitchenette in the deluxe apartments and in the superior apartment I do believe it has a lounge, TV and Netflix, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Sunday: 12pm – 4pm Sunday menu (food is delicious) Josh said the smells from the kitchen were amazing!
