ECR prides itself on a fast efficient response to all calls and queries whether in person or via the telephone, we have built our reputation on good service to our customers over the years, we also provide a 7 day service if required.


We have a dedicated team providing support on all hardware, software and peripherals. From the smallest stand alone cash register to the most sophisticated Touch Screen EPoS system.

Wherever you are in the UK you can be assured of a first class reliable after sales service. We realise that retailers cannot afford to operate without this level of support and we are there to provide sales, service, software and supplies giving a first class service every time.


Existing Customers – Optional annual maintenance contract which covers all call-outs, repairs and parts.

If you need an existing system or cash register repaired then we are happy to advise and assist. We can service most makes of cash registers and epos systems. Thereafter you will have the option of taking out a maintenance contract.

After the purchase of a new system that would have initially been programmed by one of our trained engineers, installed and your staff trained by ECR, we then provide you with a one years on site warranty, then as mentioned above you are then given the option to take out cover with an ECR maintenance contract.
