After using ECR in the past we arranged a meeting to see if they could provide us with a system to suit our needs now we were at a bigger venue. We met Josh & Phil and discussed our new needs and they were very helpful and informative. We made a deal and they delivered all tills and installed a week ahead of schedule (we even got Phil installing one till) in-between the hot chocolates of course. Any minor teething problems as expected when starting with a new system were sent straight to the team and ironed out very quickly to improve our system. All staff and even customers have said how much more efficient the tills have been with their speed and simple to use system. Mandy (the boss) does a great job communicating and advertising with social media to help their customers reach new customers. Would highly recommend ECR and their team to anyone looking for a great, quick easy to use system.
