Let’s get back to the installation, the Touch Screen Phil installed will as always provide an outstanding service, prompt and reliable and incredibly user friendly.
The Touch Screen will have been installed with ICRTouch Software which is the very best, and allows the proprietor of the Black Horse to get accurate daily or weekly figures, stock control and so much more. A printer was also installed on the same day and Phil would also have trained the staff, which is all part of the package that we offer.
The service we provide is first class, we will provide a site visit demonstration, and at our Norwich showroom we have an IT workshop, where our engineers programme all systems before installation. Although changes can be made on the day of installation.
Our engineer will arrange with you a convenient day for your business to install your new system, once the system is installed, your staff will be trained and all our customers are aware that we are only a phone call away, as we operate an out of hours service for any possible emergency.
As you can clearly see, our first class service is what we pride ourselves on, along with over 40 years of EPoS knowledge.
A little information regarding the beautiful Black Horse
At The Black Horse, Abbi & Richard have built up a wonderful reputation for looking after their guests incredibly well. It is a stunning looking building offering ample off street parking, free Wi-Fi, and outdoor seating is available where you can take advantage of a lovely bar menu, all combined with an extremely warm welcome.
They have some great reviews and very complimentary ones about their food, so I’m guessing there will be some lovely smells coming from the kitchen to make Phil’s tummy rumble whilst installing the new Touch Screen.

Rampton
Rampton is a small village in Cambridgeshire, situated on the edge of the Fens and just 6 miles to the north of Cambridge. It is actually only a very small village with around 400 people, but it is a truly thriving community. There are some interesting history facts to read about regarding Rampton on Wikipedia
And remember, Cambridge is on the door step, with a wealth of historical buildings, stunning universities and colleges . You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping as the selection of retail outlets is amazing, then to finish off obviously there are some fantastic bars and restaurants. So enjoy your visit!
