We will have a fully trained engineer deliver it on an arranged day fully programmed by ECR, our engineer will complete the installation and on this day we will train your staff and once you’re happy our engineer will leave and provide support when ever needed. You will be provided with a full one years warranty and once at the end of the first year, you will be offered the opportunity to take out a maintenance contract with us if required.
