Two new Touch Screens were installed with the amazing ICRTOUCH Software as-well as two card payment machines, these will provide a fantastic service to our clients as well as a speedy and efficient service to their customers.

The Touch Screens are incredibly user friendly but as always on the day of installation our ECR engineer will have trained the staff on the system, but help is only ever a phone call away if needed. Our clients are always given this assurance that our service and guidance is always available to them, we are very aware that the hospitality and retail trade work long hours and having the knowledge that their ePOS providers give a first class service is paramount to them.
At ECR we also offer an out of hours telephone support for any emergencies that may occasionally arise.
Did I mention that we program your systems to your specifications in our Norwich workshop? Never are our systems just delivered to you in a box and you’re left to program it yourself

Here`s a little information on this beautiful pub based just outside of Norwich.
The Bell at Marlingford has just been taken over by James, Chloe and Luke and they and have exciting plans for this beautiful pub. They have a stunning garden area for the hot Summer days and a lovely eating area inside for the delicious menu they offer to all their guests.
I’m sure they will provide their guest with an excellent service and an extremely warm welcome. Set in the heart of beautiful Norfolk countryside and they pride themselves on serving quality food and drink.
