Wow! It’s still busy, busy, busy here at ECR, we have recently installed payment card machines at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital on behalf of SERCO

A quick summary on exactly what has been installed…
- 4 machines went into the restaurant – main hall
- 2 machines went into the Pod
- 1 machine in the Feast
- 1 machine in the little Costa
- 1 machine in the cafe bar
That’s 9 in total – this will speed up the amazing service the staff provide to visitors & the staff on duty.
Touchscreens have been installed for sometime at the hospitals dining areas with ICRTOUCH Software and now linked SAGEPAY card machines..
The perfect service every time!
The staff work extremely hard in the catering departments and provide a first class service to their customers is of upmost importance. These latest systems we have installed at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital provide the staff with the ability to serve visitors and colleagues with a prompt and accurate service.
Staff have been given training by the team at ECR, but at anytime they can call us for support and any help that may be needed, as we are a Norwich based business we are soon with our customers when help is required on site.
We have our systems in a few hospitals and as always it’s a pleasure to offer our services.
At the NNUH they also have Touch Office Web installed, this enables them to retrieve live figures as they happen, this is proving to be invaluable to so many of our customers, this can be viewed from PC, tablets and mobiles any time from virtually anywhere.
