At the Ocean Room, the service they provide their customers on extremely busy evenings will now be speedy and efficient.
These tablets will take orders directly from the customers tables and orders will then be sent promptly to the bar and kitchen if food has been ordered, detailed information can be added to these pads such as customers food requests, dietary requirements & much more…this service eliminates crowds at the bars and provides a swift and accurate service.
The handhelds are all linked to the Touch Screens as well as the card payment machines and it’s the ultimate package.
The staff and management at the Ocean Room have the clear knowledge that we provide a first class service to them at all times, along with a great out of hours service for any possible emergencies> For example, it was only this last weekend that one of our engineers Josh delivered a service to the Ocean Room on a Saturday evening, it turned out to be a loose connection and the issue was quickly resolved.
I must mention that our wonderful customer also has Touch Office Web installed, which is invaluable to all our customers. It allows them to view the journal at anytime from anywhere via a PC, tablet or mobile, this allows the management to view all sales live as they happen. You can also see what members of staff are operating which systems. An invaluable add-on for any business!
