We have recently installed a Kitchen Order Management Display at Platten’s Fish & Chip shop in the lovely coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk.

It will transform the way food orders are processed, from starters through to dessert, customers orders are organised on a kitchen screen for easy ticket management.
From the front of house where the orders are taken via our Touch Screens installed at Platten’s, the orders are sent through to the screen in the kitchen/preparation area.
This procedure eliminates the use of a kitchen printer, and means…
- No Lost Tickets
- Digital tickets go straight to the kitchen
- No tickets get dropped, misplaced or misinterpreted
- Clear and precise information to the Chef
Cook Summary
- TouchKitchen not only provides information ticket by ticket, but it can also show the chef a comply summary of everything that is on the list to cook.
Timers
- Timers allows your chef to know what is next to be prepared
- Utilise one-shot timers or reset timers on individual tickets
All Information is accurate and legible and there is no room for misunderstanding what has been ordered by your customers.
This will enable your kitchen staff to have complete control including the ability to view, sort or peg meal orders, also set preparation timers to ensure nothing is forgotten and meals go out on time and your customers are pleased with the speedy & prompt service.

Platten’s Fish & Chips is an incredibly popular Takeaway & Restaurant in beautiful Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk coast. It’s spectacular coastal scenery is a major attraction along with the delicious Fish & Chips that are served.
