Pricing and product information is collated, and displays and drop-down menus are created to provide an easy to use Epos system, whether the business is a small independent or large multi-site chain.
Back office software, Touch Office Web, is used for easy access to daily figures and reports, can be used as a stock-taking tool, and to make amendments to products and prices.
As this is cloud based, it can be accessed anywhere in the world using a device with an internet browser, whether this is a phone, tablet, or PC. This enables you to keep in touch with your business without being onsite, and can be used across multiple locations within the same company.
ICR software allows hospitality links to booking software such as Caterbook, and also allows guests to charge products to their room, such as drinks and meals.
We can also provide Loyalty Card solutions, such as reward schemes and multi-use gift cards to suit any business using TouchPoint software.
TouchKitchen displays order tickets on either a tablet or digital screen to keep your kitchen organised, and the restaurant running smoothly. Managing orders, reducing mistakes and wastage, and prioritising service time are just a few benefits of this.
We are also able to offer interactive serving points using ICRs new SelfService software, a kiosk station allowing customers to place their order, reducing congestion at the counter and increasing efficiency.
Sundries such as till rolls and PDQ can be delivered promptly with a single call or email, with free delivery with multiple orders as standard.
