Installation of a Touch Screen at The Nelson Pub on Nelson Street in Norwich, as always our systems are programmed by our engineers in our Norwich showroom, and installation date is arranged for a convenient time to the customer.

On the day of installation any training needed by the staff and management will be carried out and once the system is installed our customer is left with the knowledge that we are only ever a phone call away.
At ECR we understand the importance of such good customer care especially in the evenings and weekends, we have an out of hours telephone support system in place, where by just dialling our normal daytime office number of 01603 610559 your call will be transferred to the engineer on call, so once a clear and detailed message is left along with all contact details a member of the ECR team will return your call.
This service is of paramount importance to all our customers in the hospitality and retail trade, and when searching for your ideal EPoS provider this has to be taken into consideration, a service that is much needed!
At the Nelson Pub they were familiar with using a Touch Screen, so not much training was required by the team.
