We were previously using another EPoS system which was out dated and the company offered no support or service to us, causing huge problems with both customers and stock control. “East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) has been associated with Eastern Cash Registers (ECR) for over 20 years, having purchased the tills from them for our four original shops near our hospice in Quidenham, Norfolk!
EACH is the long standing nominated charity for ECR and they support us with free set-up, service, repair, parts and delivery for all our shops tills across East Anglia.
In March 2019 we open our 36th shop and once again, ECR will be supplying our cash register. We are very grateful for their continued support.

Andrew and Kurt are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help sort out our problems.

We were using an EPoS system from a very poor company who offered us no service or support, and were running dated software.
ECR came to rescue and set up a rental plan which meant we could have the EPOS system we needed quickly to support the business.
Whilst we can update menus and monitor sales through the back office, if we require more complicated programming or information we just ask and it is taken care of straight away.
Nothing is too much trouble and the rental cost is cheaper than the previous company for much better equipment.

Most recently they installed one of their Yuno Touch Screen, along with a Thermal Printer and a Kitchen Printer into Season Seafood and Grill which Josh kindly trained us on and made sure we were happy with everything, amending little issues on site before leaving, he has a very approachable and friendly manner and never makes you feel you are asking stupid questions!

“I called ECR to order our till for our Christmas tree shop here on the Salle estate. Straight from the off, everyone I spoke with at ECR were very helpful. I was talked through what information was needed for them to program the till, which I sent over the following day.
Picking up the till was easy and trouble free, and I was shown how the till worked before taking it away which was really helpful. We had one problem when the till froze one evening, but the guys at ECR came in an hour earlier the next morning to get it fixed before our shop opened. This was really appreciated and helped avoid a big problem for us!

For at least 30 years we have been supplied cash registers by Eastern Cash Registers, in the last 5 years we have upgraded to Touch Screens, since having the new Touch Screens installed they have enhanced the running of my business, providing a smoother & faster transaction between ourselves and our valued customers.

I’ve experienced a number of different tills and systems from various suppliers , and was nervous of trying yet another variety by going to ECR following my appointment at Audley End Miniature Railway.
This was also the first time I would be using the same system and supplier for admissions, retail and catering.
Thankfully the whole process has been a pleasure. ECR have a dedicated team of staff who ensured a very smooth and efficient installation, training and aftercare. Their recommended hardware and the web based version of Touch Office have turned out perfect for our needs.
It is wonderful for equipment to consistently do what it is supposed to do.
Data collection has been faultless and easy to manage with back office reporting providing us with real time information and all the figures we require to report visitor numbers, sales type and revenue.
