Two of our engineers, Andrew and Josh, have installed three Touch Screens at The James Paget Hospital in Gorleston, near Great Yarmouth.
These systems have been installed into the eating zones within the hospital, installed with the latest ICR Touch Software these systems will provide an outstanding performance and reliable figures will be obtainable for the management to view daily or weekly. They are extremely user friendly and staff training will have been carried out on the day of installation.

As a rule we would be able to dial into these machines to make changes for our customers from our office, this is a great ability to have and is only carried out with our customers consent, however on occasions we have customers due to high security where this is not possible, but as always we offer our out of hours telephone support service, and all that’s required from you is that you dial the normal office number 01603 610559 and after a short pause your call will be automatically transferred to the answer service, where you will be asked to leave a clear message and the nature of your call along with all contact details, and our dedicated engineer on call will return your call and offer assistance.

You will be provided with a one year on-site warranty and after this period you will be offered a service contract to cover your call-outs and labour, but this is optional and few customers do chose to pay for call-outs and work that is carried out as and when needed.
Our systems are reliable and of a high standard, but accidents happen and systems can be either damaged or you may have an older system where certain IT issues may arise and a call out may be necessary. The service contract that is offered can be discussed further by calling our office.
At the James Paget as with the Norfolk and Norwich University and Southampton Hospital reliability is the key word.
