Last year we installed 2 Touch Screens at The Black Lion Hotel in Walsingham. These systems were installed with the much loved ICRTOUCH Software, which is highly reputable in the hospitality industry.
The systems are robust and, as always with this software, incredibly user friendly. This is extremely important to our customers as staff changes happen often in hospitality with seasonal staff etc, Training is always provided and telephone support is at hand as and when required.
Today, Andrew & Phil are out visiting our customers at The Black Lion Hotel in Little Walsingham, where their Waiters Handhelds will be finally linked to their systems. This will allow them to provide an exceptional service to their dining customers, especially where orders will be taken swiftly and accurately from the table.
