As always the Touch Screen has been installed with the latest version of ICRTouch Software, and this will provide accurate daily and weekly figures, plus so much more. The system is very user friendly and all sales can be swiftly entered and customers are served promptly.
Our systems are programmed in our Norwich workshop by one of our highly trained IT engineers, and changes can be made on the day of installation and the staff will be trained too if needed. Our customers are always left with the knowledge that we are only a phone call away even when its out of office hours, as we fully understand that our customers in the hospitality business work extremely long hours and having a first class ePOS support is very important to them.

Touch Office Web – This will enable you to view your sales literally as they happen, from your PC, mobile and tablet from anywhere in the world, so whilst maybe relaxing away on vacation you can track sales, monitor your takings and it`s possible to even gain the knowledge of the member of staff serving your valuable customers! Handheld Waiters Pad – This tablet will allow your staff to spend more valuable time at you customers table taking their order, adapted to their requirements, for example, any dietary needs, how they would like they steak cooked, certain items to be removed from dishes and much more. The refreshment order will be taken at the same time and sent straight to the bar and the food order will go straight to the kitchen via the handheld unit, where instructions can be followed accurately.

A bit of info about Coldham Hall
Now, lets chat about the wonderful Coldham Hall. They offer a tantalising Menu using only fresh and local produce to create many favourite pub dishes, ensuring a very high standard at all times.
They were awarded the South Norfolk Community Pub of the Year for both the Eastern River Valleys area as well as the overall winner for the whole of the South Norfolk, comprising of around 39 pubs I believe, much more information is available on their website. A word of warning…it`s always advisable to book your table to avoid disappointment.
