We have had the pleasure of installing a Touch Screen, printer & cash drawer at the picturesque Crown Inn public house in Gissing, Norfolk.
Josh our engineer who carried out this installation was greeted by Julie & Alice, and the Touch Screen was installed and all staff were trained.

The installation went smoothly and Julie was left with the knowledge, as always, that we are only a phone call away if help is needed, even if it`s just a price change or a new product to be be added. Once this has been accomplished a few times the dedicated person who’s chosen to make such changes soon realise that the software is extremely user friendly. But at ECR we do not mind how many times you call us for help, it’s what we are here for and this is why we have the fantastic reputation we have for our aftercare service.
As always the touch screen was installed with the very latest ICRTOUCH Point Software this will enable Julie to print out daily takings, weekly stock levels and so much more.
With the ability to provide customers with loyalty cards in the future if she so wishes, which is a great option.

The Crown Inn is set in the lovely village of Gissing, just north of Diss, in Norfolk
Julie, Alice & Percy are new to The Crown Inn and have received an extremely warm welcome by many locals and already have some excellent reviews. A beautiful bar offering many original features and will soon be serving delicious food.
