It was a beautiful sunny day and Josh, one of our engineers, was on his way to Cambridge, where we have many customers in this lovely city and it’s always a pleasure to visit…although parking could have been easier when carrying heavy equipment! But Josh is strong.. and on this day he was popping in to see our lovely customers at Cambridge Arts Theatre.

The Cambridge Arts Theatre have 7 of our Touch Screens installed all with the incredible ICRTOUCH Software, combined with with TMS back office, and to complete the perfect package they have Sage Pay Card Terminals all linked to their systems. But on this day it was just a service call which we are always happy to do, plus it’s lovely to have a catch up.

Whilst Josh was in Cambridge he also had a customer to visit at the Spotted Giraffe, this visit was to install a new system & staff will be trained on the day. As always our customers are left with the knowledge that we are only ever a phone call away to assist if any issues occur.
