The Perfect Dormy House Hotel

Our engineers Josh and Kurt recently installed new systems into the lovely Dormy House Hotel on the beautiful Norfolk coast.

The Dormy House Hotel have been customers of ours for many years, but it has recently been taken over by new management, however Steve, the new owner, was previously a customer from his business in Well-next-the-Sea. It is really pleasing that our customers stay with us, it must be that first class service we provide!

Our engineers, Josh and Kurt, installed three Touch Screens, three new printers and one new kitchen printer, all with the very latest ICR Touch Software, and this will provide Steve with accurate daily and weekly figures, as well as much more vital information to help him run his business successfully.

The Touch Screens are all user friendly and Josh and Kurt provided not only the installation of the new systems but trained the staff too. The Touch Screens have been programmed remotely from our Norwich office and this is all part of the preparation for a smooth installation on the day, if changes are required on the day these can be carried out on the premises, as there are often new items to be added onto the menu, but with the training provided all staff and Bar/Restaurant Manager will be shown how to do this.

The Dormy House Hotel

The Dormy House Hotel is nestled in the pretty village of West Runton on the north Norfolk coast.

It is the perfect place to stay if you enjoy horse riding, playing golf, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful country side and walking. The most stunning beach is just a stones throw away from the hotel. The facilities offered nearby include tennis, swimming & squash, along with a varied selection of local museums, wildlife parks and attractions.

The accommodation at the hotel is tastefully decorated with en-suites-showers or a bath. All rooms have telephones, tea/coffee making facilities, and of course a great TV to relax and watch your favourite programme before bedtime.
