The Cafe was opening the following week so the system was installed a few days before so the staff could have a practice run and become familiar with the system.
The Touch Screen was installed with ICRTouch Software combined with a Cash Drawer & Printer as part of the chosen package.
As always the staff were provided with training on the day, as well as any further items they wanted adding to the programme the very same day.
When ordering the system after a free demonstration by Phil, our customers were informed of our excellent service, and that we are there to offer guidance and support at all times.
