It continues to be busy once again at ECR as we lead up to Christmas. We recently carried out an install at the County Arts Club in Norwich.

Vernon installed a Zeo Touch Screen & Cash Drawer at the County Arts Club in Norwich which is located just off the Norwich Ring Road.
The system was installed with ICRTouch software and, as always, the staff were trained on the system once installation was completed.
This increasingly popular Touch Screen system has an integrated printer which is incredibly space saving. This robust system will provide a superb service to our customers.
The system was programmed in our Norwich workshop to our customers exact specifications. Any further changes that were needed were carried out on the day of installation.
Our customers were left with the knowledge that our ECR team are at hand every step of the way with help & advice as and when needed. At ECR we pride ourselves on our aftercare service, this service we have become extremely well known for in the EPOS industry.
ECR has over 40 years of knowledge in the world of EPOS, so I guess you could say we’ve certainly seen some changes, the main advantage of this phenomenal knowledge our team has is that we can take care of much older systems too, there’s quite a few still out there and still providing an excellent service. Of course, as systems become more obsolete we have the issues of parts not always being available to us, but we will always do our very best to repair them. This is not always possible and a range of systems for a replacement to suit the business is available.
