A valued customer of ours, Martello Coffee House in Lowestoft, Suffolk, has just had a new system installed, where this will perform an outstanding service to Barry and his team at the picturesque coffee house.
This system of course is installed with the very latest ICRTouch Software. Busy cafes & restaurant such as Martello’s depend on a trustworthy and reliable system as this is extremely important to anyone in the hospitality business.
Our very own and lovely Phil, installed the system and the staff didn’t need training as it was almost the same set up as it’s predecessor, but training the staff is something we offer at ECR on the day of installation for all our customers & we leave you with the security and knowledge that help is always at hand, if you need it.
For all emergencies an out of hours telephone support service is offered and there’s no more numbers to remember, all you need to do is call the normal Norwich Office number 01603 610559 and the call is instantly diverted to our engineers on call, you will be requested to leave you name/contact number and nature of call and our dedicated engineer will return your call as soon as possible.
This service, we find, is paramount to our customers and when researching for your chosen EPoS provider it’s certainly a key factor to consider! We appreciate the fact that all our customers in the hospitality business occasionally need assistance over the weekend or on an evening and our telephone support is an excellent service for all emergencies.
Our systems are provided with a 1 year on-site warranty and after this period you will be offered a maintenance contract on various levels of support.
