Following the installation, any staff that would have needed training would have received training on the day, but some are already familiar with our Touchscreens.
The system will of course provide an excellent & user friendly service, with accurate daily and weekly figures at hand, the system will have been installed with the very latest ICRTOUCH Software.
All our customers are left with the assurance that we operate an out of hours service. This is obtainable by calling the office number 01603 610559 and the calls are automatically and instantly diverted to our team of engineers whom are there to support you in an emergency.

In Norwich we are blessed with some great pubs, restaurants & cafes…The Fat Cat Brewery Tap is no exception!
With its fantastic reviews & followers it is obvious that customer service and quality is important to them. From showing live football to an extremely warm welcome it truly is a great pub.
I do believe they provide some rather tasty chips with a range of delicious toppings!
They are well know for their bands that perform there and on their new website, which is at the time of writing this is being up dated holds all their forthcoming events.

If you’ve never had the pleasure in visiting Norwich you really must, as we’ve some amazing restaurants, pubs and cafes, many of which are lovely clients of ours! The cinemas and shops are pretty good too.
Then of course we have the beautiful Norwich Castle to visit along with 2 stunning Cathedral`s & some very quaint cobbled streets. Combined with beautiful architecture and we even have organised ghost walks through the streets of Norwich!
