We have installed this system recently and the staff will have been trained on the same day, as always though our customers are left with the knowledge that we are only a phone call away if needed.
The system has been installed with the very latest ICR Touch Software and will perform an exceptional service to the management as well as a prompt and efficient service to their loyal customers. The added bonus is that our systems are extremely user friendly and robust.
Our customers are aware that we provide an outstanding aftercare service as we appreciate and understand that all our customers in the hospitality industry works extremely long hours and this means our service is at hand as and when needed.
Our emergency helpline is available out of office hours, all our customers need to do is just call the normal office number 01603 610559 and they will be transferred to our appointed engineer on call, so all that’s asked is that you leave a clear and precise message and our engineer will return your call ~ it’s that simple.
A bit about Norwich and the White Lion
The White Lion is one of many much loved pubs in our fine city of Norwich, and we are constantly thankful to be able to provide our service to so many.
Norwich has many attractions, including wonderful bars, restaurants, clubs, cafes, bistros and a variety of shops. The list really is endless of the beautiful attractions Norwich has to offer.
Our Cathedral & Castle in Norwich are major attractions and are visited by so many tourists…I guess when we live in such a fine city we tend to take all this for granted…but to anybody visiting Norwich for the first time you will be overwhelmed with the options you have. When it comes to fine dining we have some fantastic restaurants, to name but a few such as The Waffle House, Roger Hickman’s Restaurant, The Belgian Monk, Sugarbeat Eating House, Kemps Restaurant & bars at Norwich Theatre Royal…plus so many more. Strangely enough the above are all our wonderful customers!
