The upgrade will allow split billing, so for any hospitality business where you serve large parties this is excellent, bills can be divided into groups, individuals, couples, etc allowing them to pay stress free, rather than the embarrassing situation your customers often find themselves in when trying to work out who had that extra large glass of red wine or extra fries!

The Waffle House in Norwich have been our customers for many years and a wonderful working relationship has formed over this period of time between Ben & Nigel the proprietors, Phil one of our directors and the ECR team. As with all our customers, they are aware we maintain an out of hours support service for all emergencies, this enables our customers to call the daytime telephone number for ECR and your call is diverted to a mobile where you will asked to leave your contact details and the nature of your call and for all emergencies your call will returned by one of our dedicated ECR team, for all non emergencies your call will be returned on the next working day.
The service you will receive from the ECR team is first class.
The Waffle House is a true gem in our beautiful city, exceptional service and a warm welcome is what the customers receive time after time at this fabulous restaurant. The food is all locally sourced and cooked to perfection on a delicious waffle.
They offer a unique dining experience and have been serving their customers since 1978 and the service in that time has remained outstanding.
So I can’t stress enough if you have not yet visited The Waffle House, please do. They offer the romantic table for two option or large groups celebrating a special occasion where they have a stunning larger eating area upstairs.
I really shouldn’t have favourites, but I guess this will always be one of mine.
