Phil recently installed 2 rental Touch Screens installed with ICR Touch Software along with 2 Thermal Bar Printers and a Kitchen Printer at the impressive The Dog & Duck in Suffolk.

The Dog & Duck is now under new management and is situated in Campsey Ash, Woodbridge, a beautiful part of Suffolk. It’s a stunning Gastropub and the menu looks amazing, they have a new chef to help raise their high standards even higher.
The new system will help to provide their customers with a swift service at the bar whilst ordering food/drinks. And obviously giving the management accurate daily figures and much more!
The installation took place on a Saturday morning as this was the first day of the new management, the systems were programmed back at our office in Norwich and any changes that were needed were made on the day of installation.
The staff were trained and once everyone was happy Phil left them with the understanding that we are only a phone call away if they had any further questions. That’s the kind of service that we provide and are proud of here at ECR, no hidden extras just 100% First Class Service.
