“We have been working with ECR for over 14 years now and they have been extremely supportive with new set ups and existing systems.
Most recently they installed one of their Yuno Touch Screen, along with a Thermal Printer and a Kitchen Printer into Season Seafood and Grill which Josh kindly trained us on and made sure we were happy with everything, amending little issues on site before leaving, he has a very approachable and friendly manner and never makes you feel you are asking stupid questions!
A few weeks later, as with all new systems and staff, we experienced a ‘hiccup’ on a weekend, it was obvious the till was not going to function for that service, reluctantly I picked up the phone not expecting a response, I was wrong!
Patiently and politely! I was guided through the issue we were having and before I knew it we were up and running.
As always great service, extremely friendly and even work when the hospitality industry needs them most.
