At ECR we have many returning customers throughout the year, for example, in the summer when many of our customers for whom we provide our systems in their bars, hotels or restaurants hold their outdoor events they just pop us an email with the requirements for their rental system. This may only be required for a weekend or even a few weeks…the rental contract is bespoke to your needs.
The rental system is programmed on site in our Norwich workshop and delivery can be arranged to suit you, or you can collect from our showroom if you prefer.
There are many events which take place at the Norwich Showground and our cash registers are often delivered for a weekend for music events and other such similar events. At Christmas we once again have many customers that require extra systems specifically for the busy festive season. For example, Elveden Estate are already customers if ours, but at Christmas they have many rentals delivered to them and installed for their festive sales which are extended within the grounds of Elveden.

Free Demonstration
At ECR we will visit your place of business and provide you with a FREE demonstration, unless you prefer to make an appointment to visit our Norwich showroom…the choice is totally yours, Jason does make a very good coffee in the showroom though!
Once you have decided on your preferred system, all we need is a list of your requirements to be programmed in, this will be carried out in our Norwich workshop by one of our IT engineers. We will then arrange a convenient date and time with yourself for the installation to take place. on the day of installation we will train your staff, we really do streamline this whole transition to make it as stress free as possible for you.
Out of Hours Service
We are very aware of the long hours many of our customers work in the retail and hospitality trade, this is why we provide an out of hours mobile service for any possible emergencies. This service is invaluable to so many of our customers.
Our systems are extremely robust and trustworthy but of course there are times when customers have issues, this is often due to a power cut or just a loose wire which has occurred during cleaning. But at a busy time in your bar or restaurant you can be assured that you can call the normal office number, where your call will be transferred to an engineer on call. All you are asked to do is leave clearly your name, contact number and the nature of your call and all emergencies will receive a return call as soon as possible.
