The Oxhoo Touch Screen is proving to be very popular with our customers, it’s compact design is perfect when space is an issue, it has a built-in printer and is a very chic looking unit.
The screen is available in black or white and was installed with the very latest ICRTouch Software. So the system will provide and outstanding service to our customers..

The Red Lion in Southwold are existing customers and they are adding another system to their busy bar and restaurant.
The staff & management are familiar with the software so minimum training will be required if any, but josh will have provided any information they needed on the day of installation.
Training staff is all part of the service when ECR does an installation, as well as the programming to our customers specific requirements which is completed in our Norwich workshop prior to installation, any last minute changes to the program can be made on site on the day of installation. And as always our customers are left with the knowledge that we are only a phone call away if our services are required.

This is obtainable by calling the Norwich office on 01603 610559 and your call is diverted to the answering service of our dedicated engineer on call… all that’s required is that you leave a clear informative message of the problem and a contact number for our engineer to return your call.
For all non-emergencies your call will be returned the next working day.
