You guys at ECR, your team has helped us tremendously from programming our tills (on several occasions), talking through problems over the phone and training us to use our software etc.
Ordering extra supplies is simple and with direct payments, we don’t even need to worry about settling invoices.
Some of us here are not computer literate, but nothing is too much trouble.
Your staff are warm, friendly, patient and very polite.
