Waiters Handheld Tablets
The waiters handheld tablets allows your staff to keep in the front of House area along with your customers, all orders are promptly delivered to the bar and directly to the kitchen, eliminating spelling errors and mistakes being made with orders, many details can be added on the handhelds whilst orders are being taken, regarding the customers requests-from how well the steak is requested to be cooked to maybe no sauce and any dietary requests & much more. The Touch Screen that’s been installed at this stunning restaurant has of course been installed with the very latest ICR Touch Software, allowing Charlotte to get daily and weekly figures as and when required with complete accuracy.
It’s standard for our engineers to program all systems in our Norwich workshop, but changes can easily be made on the day of installation and any further requests you have on the day of installation can be dealt with promptly there & then.
Staff Training, all part of the package
Your staff can be trained on the day of installation but as always all our customers are left with the knowledge that we are just a phone call away when help is needed, it often takes a few weeks for a new system to become familiar to the staff, this is completely normal and we expect to receive calls or emails from our customers asking for missed products to be added or a price change, this is all expected during the transition period.
Nothing is to much trouble and we offer an out of hours telephone support service for any emergencies as we appreciate that all our customers in the hospitality & retail business works long hours and having this support in place when choosing your EPoS Provider is a major factor to consider.
