“In 2015 we approached ECR regarding a new system for our new venture Groundhog DIY in Poringland.
It had to be the right package providing us with all the information we would be needing from accurate Daily/Monthly figures/Stock levels etc.
After initial contact was made, we had an appointment to meet Phil at the Norwich showroom, we were extremely warmly greeted and guided towards the system that was perfect for us, once the decision was made the gentle transition with the programming began.
Phil & Andrew carried out the installation and our staff were trained on the same day, at no time was it ever an issue when we needed further training or advice with small teething problems which we expected with a new venture of this scale.
It’s been over two years now since the system was installed and I certainly would advise anyone looking for a great system and first class service to contact the team at ECR.
