“Having ECR over the past 6 months has been an invaluable change for us. There till systems are making our lives 10x easier than the previous system we had here.
We were previously using another EPoS system which was out dated and the company offered no support or service to us, causing huge problems with both customers and stock control. Now we have ECR, and the rare occasion there is a problem, they will help us with whatever we need at a moments notice with no problem too big or small, they are always happy to help.
With the addition of the back office software we can see everything on the tills as it happens and make changes as we go along but if a job is too much for us they are more than happy to sort it!
