Josh has just installed a Touch Screen along with ICRTOUCH Software, Cash Drawer and printer at The Alchemists Cupboard on Norwich Market. Our lovely customer has also had the fantastic Touch Office Web installed, as all our customers with this software will say “it’s totally amazing”

Barry at The Alchemists Cupboard also wishes to do customers loyalty so he will be able to track customers buying patterns as well as contacting them to alert them of promotions, the option of customers earning points will also be available.
Barry will also have the ability to track sales live as they happen via his mobile, tablet & PC whilst away from the business, this is proving to be invaluable to all our customers.
The Touch Screen was programmed in our workshop, delivered and installed on a day suitable to our customers business. He will also have been trained on the day of installation
Another bonus to the Touch Office Web is that it allows us to dial in with permission and make any price changes requested by our customer, this provides our customers with a swift service as we don’t have to visit the business premises to carry these changes out, but an extra visit is sometime required for further training. This is never a problem!
Our first class service is of great importance to us at all times, and to our customers having the knowledge that we provide an out of hours telephone support for emergencies is certainly important and a major factor to take into consideration when sourcing their ePOS provider.

Then of course you have to visit Barry at The Alchemist Cupboard as Vaping is becoming extremely popular and I’m sure Barry has some spectacular stocking fillers for this time of year!
Well, I feel like I can’t praise Norwich enough and all we have to offer…Beautiful city!
