I took some time away from the laptop last week to visit one of our lovely new customers at the Red Lion in Southwold, they’ve had a Touch Screen Installed with ICR Software and they are that impressed with it they are about to order a second Touch Screen, this will enhance the running of their business and speed up the service they provide to their customers.

The Red Lion is one of the oldest pubs in Southwold and sits on South Green, one of Southwold’s famous landmarks.
Michael & Blanche
What a lovely visit I had, whilst Josh one of our ECR engineers completed some price changes, installed a kitchen printer and provided a little extra staff training, I was able to introduce myself to Michael & Blanche the new landlord & landlady, Blanche kindly gave me a tour of the very impressive restaurant area and discussed plans they have for the future.
Whilst on my visit I was overwhelmed by the staff and the friendly and extremely welcoming manner they gave to all the customers that came into the Red Lion, true hospitality at its best!
The menu looked amazing and they were getting very booked up for Mother’s Day.
They have a new Facebook page which they would love you to visit.
Christmas? Yes, Christmas!
Blanche did let slip that she loves sparkly lights and I think the Red Lion will look pretty spectacular at Christmas, sorry for mentioning the C word in March but we can’t wait to see the menu!
