At ECR it’s proving to be an extremely busy summer, we have had the pleasure of installing 2 Touch Screens, 2 Printers and 2 Kitchen Screens at French’s Fish & Chips in Wells-next-the-Sea, the Kitchen – preparation area Screens will promptly & accurately display all orders for the chefs to see, no confusion with bad or inaccurate spellings written on paper order pads or having to look at orders via a kitchen printer. The Touch Screens will provide an incredible service to both the staff & customers.
All of the above will be installed with ICRTOUCH latest software and once installed the staff were trained, as usual our customers will have been left with the knowledge that we are only ever a phone call away for any questions or concerns that they may have.

French’s Fish & Chips can be found at the delightful Wells-next-the-Sea on the north Norfolk coast.
This lovely fish & chip shop along with its diner is an award winning family run business. For 90 years they have been enticing customers through their doors offering delicious and freshly prepared fish & chips for locals and holidaymakers alike.
This charming shop was opened by William Thomas French who passed the business onto his two sons Maurice & Reggie, and they then left it in the capable hands of Marcus French.
This restaurant has won many awards over the years, including ‘Best in the Region’ for the National Fish & Chips Award in 2016.
They like to be known as traditional but slightly different with a fantastic specials board which changes daily!
