our response is simple.
Beyond class, excellent, they go above & beyond our expectations, efficient, effective, reliable, prompt, professional, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Family run business, so you get that Loyalty and care you wouldn’t from many other Epos providers, so for a business like ours , that’s just perfect.
Throughout the most unprecedented time we could ever have imagined possible in the last 18 months , not once did ECR let us down , even though it was an incredibly tough time for their own business, they designed our takeaway app as we know they did for many other businesses which made an incredible difference to our business and basically allowed us to successfully continue trading and provide continuity of service to our customers, since Re-opening the app has been modified for table ordering so the fantastic service just keeps giving !
We’ve tried other Epos companies before ECR, but never managed to find that relationship we so badly craved.
We can’t praise ECR enough and can’t wait to continue to watch them grow from strength to strength whilst keeping what they are always about, their customers!
