The Broken Egg, Harleston
In September 2016 ECR installed a Touch Screen with ICR Software, Touch Office Web & a printer at The Broken Egg in Harleston, and in June of 2017 we have now installed ICR Software onto their own Ipad which they will be using as a waiters handheld ordering pad, this will enhance the service they offer to their customers, with a new speedy service.
The Broken Egg is a farm café situated on Hill Farm. They sell produce from the farm including beef, lamb and free range eggs, as well as supporting other local businesses. Provenance is important to them, so the meat and eggs you see in the shop are reared on the farm.
Where possible, they use produce from the farm in their café. Broken Egg has a wide menu and will try and cater for your needs. They serve breakfasts, light bites, lunches, desserts, cakes, afternoon teas and a roast lunch every Sunday!
At Broken Egg they are very child friendly and welcome little ones into the café and outside, where they can play on the toys and watch their resident Pygmy goats, Billy & Daisy.
They are a licensed premises and offer alcohol on the menu and in the shop area.
