Rentals at ECR

At ECR we also offer a rental service, whether its short term or on a long term contract, the service is as excellent as it would be if you were purchasing or leasing via a selected provider used by ECR.

The cash register will be programmed for you and can be delivered if you’re local or you may choose to collect from our Norwich office and take advantage of some training if needed, Till Rolls are available from the office as well so you can leave well stocked up!

We do have a great deal of long term rental customers so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to add a few of these happy customers to this Blog post. As you know I always like to shout from the roof tops how great our service is here at ECR.

“ECR have been excellent though out our time with them. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We were using an EPOS system from a very poor company who offered us no service or support, and were running dated software.

ECR came to rescue and set up a rental plan which meant we could have the EPOS system we needed quickly to support the business. Whilst we can update menus and monitor sales through the back office. But if we require more complicated programming or information we just ask them and it is taken care of straight away.

Nothing is too much trouble and the rental cost is cheaper than the previous company for much better equipment. ECR and the systems they have put in place have proven to be a valuable asset to our business.”
