The admissions module utilizes touch monitors and ECR’s Admission software. The screens are fully user configurable to suit each individual method of operation and employ an advanced graphical user interface. Staff log on can be by many methods including Dallas key, pin number, magnetic card or bar coded card. Advanced password control facilities allow management to decide how much data is to be made available to each operator. Many on screen prompts are available for staff when for instance a clients membership has expired or to warn that the card being used has been stolen or lost

Customer Details

LeisureTouch is a completely integrated touch screen based solution for Leisure and Sports Centres and can in addition be configured for many other admission purposes such as night clubs for admissions and proof of age. Leisuretouch modules include admissions, booking, marketing, bars and catering. All modules are available separately enabling the customer to build up a complete solution as and when needed.

In 3 steps you can select the customer group you wish to target, merge their details to a voucher or marketing letter and then either automatically either mail, email or even text them.

Admissions, Booking & Leisure Touch

Many different types of entry card are catered for including chip cards, magnetic cards, bar-coded cards and Dallas keys. Integration with third parties include chip & pin EFT and payment by Bacs. The system can be used with door entry systems and has the facility to import data from a clients existing customer database.

The touch screens are fully user configurable and can include graphic images as well as descriptions of products. This graphical system reduces the training time for operators and makes the system virtually language independent.

The booking module can be run either on the front desk touch screens or from the back office according to preference. The software is fully configurable and a suite of reports can be further tailored to suit the client.

The user interface is colour coded to allow the operator to see at a glance the type of bookings during the day. Bookings can be quickly moved around by simply dragging and dropping them to other areas of the booking sheet. In this way, the speed of operation of the system is not compromised.

The booking module interfaces seamlessly with the customer database and marketing module. Customer searches employ routines to quickly find the member from the marketing database.
