This was installed with the very latest ICR Software along with Touch Office Web and is all working extremely well.
At The Black Lion Hotel they have now been supplied with a Waiters HandHeld Pad, which will enhance the excellent service they offer, providing their customers with a first class and speedy service. Food orders and drinks will be taken at the customers table and will be sent to the Bar and Kitchen area, this piece of equipment will enable the waiter staff to add notes directly to the bar & kitchen on the customers requirements.
