We have now worked with ECR for about 6 years, we first used their service at a restaurant in Suffolk and their customer service, support and patience!! was always excellent .When we came to our current restaurant just over 4 years ago we were having issues with stock taking, I spoke to ECR for advice on what type of till would work for us, they came out to us , looked at our business and adviced us on what would work for us. We bought our till on lease purchase agreement over three years which we now own! and have never looked back, the amount that we have saved on stock has easily paid for the till. I would highly recommend ECR if you are looking for a professional, honest and personal service,where nothing ever seems to be to much trouble.
